  All Westview homes conform to the U.S. government’s Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards, otherwise known as HUD code.  Each home is professionally installed by licensed installers in full compliance with the Ohio Manufactured Homes Commission laws and rules, and are set on permanent full cement base support systems, and ready for move-in. All new homes receive an OHMC seal of approval following inspection by Ohio State qualified and licensed inspectors.
